My law firm has long used Ashland Addison Florists for our business. This was the first time I have used your company for personal reasons. I sent two floral arrangements to the visitation of a family member that passed. One arrangement was from my wife and I since we were out of town this weekend. It was the more expensive arrangement in the picture which cost $150. I also purchased an arrangement for my 94 year old mother in law who could not attend due to age. Her basket arrangement was $85. I specifically dictated two separate notes, one for the more expensive arrangement and one from my mother in law for the less expensive arrangement. Since my wife and I could not attend and were out of town, it was important to us to send a very nice arrangement, hence we picked the $150 Ocean Breeze on the stand. On Sunday, after the wake and funeral, our relatives e-mails us a picture of the basket arrangement and thanked us for thinking of them in their time of loss. Guess what? The wrong cards were used. Our card from Craig & Sarah Antas and Girls was put on the basket arrangement and my mother in law card was put on the Ocean Breeze, which was ours. The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time. However, we paid $150 for an arrangement and instead, our card was placed on the $85 basket arrangement. We were disappointed and had to explain that the "nicer" arrangement was actually from us. This was embarrassing and really upset my wife. Again, the flowers were beautiful. However, this was a big screw up and we ended up being in the position of having to tell our relatives that the bigger arrangement was actually from us and the basket was from my mother in law. That was embarrassing. I felt you should know about this. The lady that took my order was very helpful and actually went over my order with me after we were done to confirm the correct cards went with the specific flower arrangement. Somehow, this got screwed up. Thank you.

Great costumer service. The person that took my order was very friendly and double checked everything before we hung up. The delivery was quick and my wife said the delivery guy was also nice. The flowers themselves were beautiful, she and her whole office loved them. I ordered the Birds in a box arrangement and it was exactly as advertised. I will definitely use them again.
