Delivery was on time, and they coordinated with the recipient to make sure they were delivered securely. Flowers were fresh. They were maybe slightly squished by packaging but easily fixed.

I have ordered a lot of flowers from a lot of florist, and Ashland Addison is by far the BEST in quality and pricing!! They were prompt, and even sent a picture of what I ordered; it wasn't a stock photo either because the recipient sent me a photo of what they received, and it was the same bouquet.
