The plant was not delivered as pictures. There were no pussy willows in the plant and the cookies were hidden underneath the plant and looked like garbage. I did not receive a picture of the plant prior to delivery; as is standard and was also requested

The flowers were pretty but not what I ordered. When I spoke to the person on the phone I asked if all 3 containers could contain tulips. She said that could be done. It obviously was not what my daughter received.

I am usually very pleased with my orders. However, this time it appeared there were not as many blooms in my order vs. What is displayed on the website. When I saw the actual order, it looked very sparse. Considering this was a gift, I was disappointed.
