Some of the flowers were old and browned. Given that I paid almost $300 for them (seriously!!), I would have expected more flowers that were healthy and perky. I was disappointed because the flowers were a “congratulations” gift to my daughter and son-in-law in honor of my first grandson being born. Very sad.

Lots of missing white flora; too much green and carnations. Doesn't reflect the photo online accurately.

This is a $200 flower arrangement?? That can't be!

Wasn't happy with this one.

I asked for same arrangement I sent on Monday and this looks nothing like it.

I want the vibrancy and color that I saw in the photo on the website. That is what we wanted for her. We are so far away and she loves color. This isn't that beautiful vibrance in the site photo. I am sorry it's nice but it's not the bouquet from the photo.

I have ordered several times in the past years and was satisfied with the floral arrangements for my daughter. However, this recent floral arrangement, I am not pleased with for the money I spent on it. It lacked color and the flowers were minimal.

Not really happy with what you sent. If you look at your website and look at the one that I sent it was brighter and standing up more. This is kind of hanging on the sides and not really bright flowers like it shows.

Not happy with the virus. It looks nothing like the picture!!!! 20% off is not very much. I think you guys should do a little bit better. I want a refund that I can now make up for this mistake that I can actually buy a birthday cake with delivery! Like I said, I have been a loyal customer since 2006! You can look up Frontanac and see how much business we've given you!

If I'm gonna pay $100, then I want a full bouquet! It's definitely not full enough!!

Looks a little scrawny. Can you hold off until you get a fuller double orchid? Looks like it's boomed out, lots of dead stems. Please don't deliver that one. Rather wait for a better double orchid.

Great arrangement, didn't arrive until more than an hour after you closed (I ordered the day prior). By then it already looked a bit tired, not like it did at 8am when you sent picture.

This is not the exact bouquet I ordered, but it'll do I guess, since you already delivered it.

The picture online shows orange pin cushions, which I really liked with the lilies and orchid colors. I don't think the yellow ones look as nice. I'm happy you sent a picture and they were delivered on the same day as I ordered them, very happy with that.

Photo idea= great. Arrangement looks awkward and off balance. The height of the green stalk looks like an afterthought and is a distraction rather than enhancement. The core group of flowers is lovely but the arrangement is not up to the standards Ashland Florists is noted for delivering.

Honestly, the flowers look droopy with lots of greenery filler.

This arrangement is wilted. This is the second arrangement in a row that was delivered wilted.

I don't like the peach colored flowers. I prefer this bouquet predominantly white like the picture. This is for a funeral. I have ordered this before.

Nice, but respectfully, not $300 nice. Ordered many $200 in my day more significant than this. So a bit let down
