The Basket of fruit I ordered should have 17 pieces of fruit with the nut bag. The one received had only 8 pieces with the nut bag. Definitely not the value purchased. The cake did not look as nice as in the picture!! A little disappointed. This was a gift for my daughter's Birthday.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture online. When I received the photo of the flowers, I requested that they be redone using roses that had not all peaked. When I went to the friend's house to whom I'd sent the flowers the same day that she received them, I was completely embarrassed as they looked even worse than the photo Ashland had sent me. They were sparse and wilting. I have sent many arrangements from Ashland over the years and they have all been lovely and delivered on a timely basis. I don't know what happened this time, but it was definitely not good.
