Hands down this was the best vendor experience I've had in a long time!!! I ordered online and screwed up some of the information, the person I was texting with corrected the information before I even asked!!! They called the church of their own accord to make sure delivery this afternoon was acceptable as the service is very early tomorrow morning. They built the arrangement almost immediately and sent me a picture of it!! It's beautiful!! I really couldn't be happier!! I truly wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! I'll make sure going forward I always use them and tell everyone I know about my fabulous experience!!

Flowers were great, but I specifically asked that my wife be called in advance prior to delivery—and not to leave on the step. The person to whom I spoke said that they would never just leave it. That's exactly what happened. No call. They just left it on the front step in the heat.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff when ordering by phone. I had to delay pickup by 1 day with no problem--very accommodating. Even with my delay, arrangement was kept looking fresh and beautiful! It was exactly as pictured and recipient was "wowed." Very pleased with this florist and will definitely use again.
