Nice of you to send the photo. Unfortunately, the arrangement was not what I expected and not as it appeared on the website. I was expecting a softer look with pink carnations.

The flower arrangement was stunning, just as I had ordered. The delivery instructions followed beautifully and even early to my daughter. Fabulous on line communication, from the confirmation of the order to the picture of the arrangement that was delivered to the confirmation and time of delivery. An out of state order for my new to Chicago daughter, the service was great. I definitely will use Ashland Addison again - now my “go to” florist in Chicago!
