The flower was nothing like the picture. When I contacted them they said they do not have the same plants. They canceled the order saying I guess we are not the right florist for you.

They were absolutely beautiful as always my sister-in-law received them for her birthday and she was delighted. I would never use another florist. I am a regular customer.

Receiving a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery was not expected but was very appreciated. It was a quick turn around time and delivery was needed on a specific day. They came through and had excellent communication so I was worry free.
