Just what I hoped for. My son and daughter in law loved them. Five star

Due to a scheduling mix-up, I ordered this European Basket at the last minute on a Saturday for a Sunday delivery. Not only were they able to complete my order, but the woman on the phone made sure that each and every step was accurate, the order would get to the recipient on time, and what I ordered was available. Well done!

Thank you so much for the absolutely beautiful floral arrangement you had made for the grand opening of the Flute Center of Chicago..the arrangement was gorgeous with such high quality flowers and appreciated by all who saw it…I placed my order and trust in Alex who was so helpful …she was professional,knowledgeable and beyond helpful with making my selection..They definitely have become our go-to Florist and should be for anyone in search of one.

Thank you for the photo and for helping me with my selection. I am happy to know that it's been delivered. I took 1 star away because I thought the accent greens would have brighter like the picture on the webpage. That lack of contrast influenced my rating. This was my first time using the website and I found it cumbersome to compare my options side by side. Eventually I put them in my cart so I could see all of my options at once. I also wanted to enlarge the photo since I was viewing the options on my cell phone. I couldn't make the photo large enough to satisfy me. Next time I order I will make some requests that would make me happier with the final product. Also it would have helped if the order taker had realized that I was having some difficulty and offered a few suggestions that could have helped me with the issues I mentioned earlier. Still I will order again. Thank you for getting my order to the patient today.

I appreciate the quick and prompt service. ♥️ they listen to your requests then make it happen. I worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield for a number of years. Addison Ashland was our only vendor. Beautiful flower arrangement. Easy and clear process. Loved that they send a picture of the final product. It looked just as nice as online pic if not even nicer in person. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again. Worth the money!
