Absolutely stunning arrangement, but customer service was the star for this order! My mother was hospitalized before delivery; Ashland Addison was able to redirect so that her flowers arrived on time. If I weren't already a loyal customer, I would be now!

Ashland Addison Florist Co. Did awesome job on the flowers I got on this sad occasion. I told the woman that took my order what I wanted, and the time and date. Then they called the funeral home to set up delivery. They also send a picture of what was done for you before delivery. I always get my flowers here and totally recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again for the great job! Keep up the good work

I very much like receiving a photo! Unfortunately, this arrangement is quite disappointing. It does not look balanced like the website photo. Plus, it looks short and flattened.
