A little underwhelming for $150, quite honestly...

Did not look as nice as the picture

I really appreciated the fast service and decent communication up until I received the photo of my made bouttoneirs. I sent a picture of exactly what I wanted (simple - not complicated) and what I got was similar but not that close. There were pieces omitted and other things added - seemed to not pay attention to detail. Upon contacting the store to ask them to change it, it was subsequently unchanged at time of pick up. I normally would have gone to the store myself but I was in another state buying the bouttoneirs for my brother's courthouse wedding. I would try another floral shop before going back to this one.

It wasn't the best arrangement I've bought from your company.

Could use more large greenery in the back and larger flowers to make it look unique and fuller

The vase was too small. It would have been a beautiful arrangement but the case was too small and the flowers were jammed on top of each other. Could have been a much nicer arrangement.

That doesn't even look close to the picture I ordered off of the web-site

the flowers do not match the photo from your website

It's very pretty. The goal is purple flowers (sentimental value), and the roses appear pink, unfortunately. Also, are there any succulents in there? That was part of the “Garden Oasis” arrangement.

The flowers were nice. But you should clearly indicate that delivery was not included in the advertised price.

The arrangement was nice except for the sunflowers. It was delivered on Saturday and by Sunday the sunflowers were wilted. She said she added water when they were delivered and all the flowers looked great.

I appreciate the picture. I did request no lillies in this arrangement and there are white ones at the center. The rest of the arrangement is lovely.

The arrangement doesn't look like the one on the website. Not enough flowers. I specifically said that I wanted it to look like the one on the website.

I appreciate that you sent me a picture of the flowers and that they were beautifully done but I would have appreciated being asked what colors I wanted in the flowers because I thought the flowers lacked color. That's why I'm giving you a 3

I enjoyed spending flowers from Ashland Addison florist. I have never been disappointed that's why I will continue to use this company.

this flower looks nice, but it is not what I ordered from viewing the original picture from the website. the look on the website is a lot brighter, fuller, and more beautiful than what had been delivered. I expected slight differences based on the note from the website (but this is almost 80% different than what I expected). in the original website, there are more flowers vs, whereas in the picture, there are greener and I understand that could be a cost-saving for the flower shop, but can not be right for the customer. I probably try your service one more time, hoping this was a one-time overlook. But if I see the same delivery, I don't think I will continue staying with your service. Thanks, Soraya Ostowari

None of the tulips are even open. Considering this was to improve a faulty order, I am very disappointed.

Although we switched out some flowers, it doesn't look as nice as one would expect for an $85 arrangement.

Thank you for the photo. I wish there were two more pieces of fern in the back. It looks a bit lopsided. Whatever that is sticking up on the left seems not to be matched anywhere. The flowers look nice and fresh and I love the color combination.
