I'm usually totally in Love and in Awe of the arrangements I've ordered in the past from Ashland. The actual product in the picture sent looks kinda lackluster to the picture online. I'm just hoping my friend recovering from surgery who's a flower girl love the arrangement.

Nice of you to send the photo. Unfortunately, the arrangement was not what I expected and not as it appeared on the website. I was expecting a softer look with pink carnations.

Flowers were great, but I specifically asked that my wife be called in advance prior to delivery—and not to leave on the step. The person to whom I spoke said that they would never just leave it. That's exactly what happened. No call. They just left it on the front step in the heat.

Beautiful flowers but they are not arranged very well :(

I'm increasingly disappointed that bouquets I'm sending out from Ashland-Addison have gotten smaller and smaller, with fewer flowers of value. I understand about inflation, but this appears to have only 2 small roses, several inexpensive carnations and alstromeria, which is available in large quantities even at the Jewel or Whole Foods for $10 a bunch. I'm not sure it's worth it anymore.

Thank you for the order. I usually pay the same price for all roses. I love your creations. I do not like chrysanthemums or carnations.

Flowers were healthy. Wrong colors. Supposed to be blues pinks and purples, except for two face vases that were in the orange/yellow family.

I very much like receiving a photo! Unfortunately, this arrangement is quite disappointing. It does not look balanced like the website photo. Plus, it looks short and flattened.

Not enough open blossoms! Always like receiving a picture…

I was a little disappointed with my flowers this time. Not as full as usual. I enjoyed the added greenery but there were definitely less, or maybe just smaller flowers.

That is pretty, but it looks significantly smaller than the picture on the website that I used when ordering.

The arrangement was very pretty and exactly what was ordered when first delivered Saturday afternoon. I do think the roses should not have been in full bloom as they began to brown and wilt within 24 hours. This was very disappointing.

Looks better. It doesn't look like the one in the website.

Bouquet looks beautiful! My only thing is that it looks different from the image of the Sweet Savannah (pink vase).

I really appreciated the fast service and decent communication up until I received the photo of my made bouttoneirs. I sent a picture of exactly what I wanted (simple - not complicated) and what I got was similar but not that close. There were pieces omitted and other things added - seemed to not pay attention to detail. Upon contacting the store to ask them to change it, it was subsequently unchanged at time of pick up. I normally would have gone to the store myself but I was in another state buying the bouttoneirs for my brother's courthouse wedding. I would try another floral shop before going back to this one.

It wasn't the best arrangement I've bought from your company.

Could use more large greenery in the back and larger flowers to make it look unique and fuller

The vase was too small. It would have been a beautiful arrangement but the case was too small and the flowers were jammed on top of each other. Could have been a much nicer arrangement.

the flowers do not match the photo from your website

It's very pretty. The goal is purple flowers (sentimental value), and the roses appear pink, unfortunately. Also, are there any succulents in there? That was part of the “Garden Oasis” arrangement.
