I appreciated all of it, start to finish. I was especially taken by the friendliness and efficiency of the order-takers and staff on what had to be one of your biggest "slammed" moments of the year. Steady on into 2023!

I am disappointed that pink & white stargazer lily's were used. I called, spoke to someone and was informed that the arrangement was loaded on the truck and that it would be pulled off & be changed to red or white lily's instead. I was also informed that a pic would be sent afterwards which I never received. My nephew sent me a pic of it and that is how I know that it was never changed. I do like receiving a photo of it.
