The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL as always, but then Ashland is ALWAYS wonderful when asked to modify an existing arrangement. The staff is awesome whenever we have called (even when we have asked for some ridiculous requests - like the Thanksgiving turkey!).

I typically don't give reviews, but…I love this florist! They are so sweet, reliable, and have perfect customer service and great follow through. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday from out of state and am happy to now have a business I can depend on to make occasions extra special. Highly recommend.

I have never experienced such an attentive and responsive customer service. Roxy from Ashland Addison Florist was very helpful and despite the time difference on the time I placed the order, we still managed to send the gift in time. Not only the gift was wrapped beautifully, they also picked a beautiful card and balloons on my behalf. I highly recommend them and I hope to visit the the shop when I am in Chicago.
