Flowers were extremely beautiful but ribbon misspelled deceased children's names despite being correctly entered into order. Ribbon not visible in preview pic and I recommended this be standard processing going forward to avoid this situation for other families. We were refunded the $15 dollar cost of ribbon on the back end. delivery was ordered to a church where the wake was being held. The church has a ring doorbell and is remotely unlocked when deliveries arrive as this is a standard practice for may wakes. But for some reason, multiple calls were made with questions about delivery prior to the delivery arrival and due to circumstances phone not answered, eventually the funeral home, where the body was held was contacted, even though that facility was not listed in the order. Unfortunately, this resulted in the deceased son receiving a phone call from the funeral home and being required to make multiple call to coordinate this delivery himself despite the fact that if they had just shown up to the provided address, they would've pressed the ring doorbell, and the door would've been unlocked. While I did appreciate the high amount of diligence to make sure floral was delivered on time this could have been managed better.

It was nice to receive a photo. The plant was very nice, but the pot it was in was very plain and cheap looking. It was disappointing compared to what I thought I ordered.

It was a beautiful plant.

Super pretty and super fast and easy order/pickup service! Customer service was nice too. Only downside is the flowers died way sooner than I expected, especially for that price point. Could have been the weather as a factor too, but still unfortunate.

Very pretty

Philip at LaSalle Flowers was very sympathetic and understanding in helping me select this arrangement for my Sister's funeral. The Team at Ashland Addison did a good job with putting this arrangement together. I wish it the arrangement was more lavender like the photo than purple, and had more Irises and Lillies than gerber daisies, but given the season and last minute nature of my order I think they did a good job. I would order from them again.

This box doesn't look closed. In the past all the boxes ordered were closed on all sides….

The staff is so helpful here! I was looking for more of a magenta, instead of red spray roses…don't suppose this can be switched out? And can the yellow stock(?) be shortened a bit? TY! Ty!

Looks good, but since I upgraded to a larger size, I thought it would be larger...

The flowers were delivered and looked lovely; however, the balloon that was part of the order was missing.
