The basket l ordered, was exactly the way l wanted, l was delivered on time. My one complaint is that the card l sent with it, had so many misspelled words. Someone needs to learn how to spell.

Flowers are beautiful as usual. However one Gerber daisy died next day—all others still look great.

Very pretty. Will last longer than a small floral arrangement. But the recipient had to carry it home and I forgot to factor in weight. We found a handled shopping bag to make it easier to carry and it was less fragile than a floral arrangement.

Aside from the quality flowers and wide variety of options, one of the things that keeps me as a repeat customer is the preview of the actual bouquet. These are lovely!! In general, the only thing I wish were slightly more expedited is confirmation once an arrangement is delivered. Please keep up the great work!

I like the vase (I'm glad it was in stock as it was a major factor in picking that bouquet). I also like receiving a picture. It makes me feel more connected to the gift. The flowers are good, not great. I'm quite picky - I like simple and elegant, not busy. Thank you for your efforts.

The flowers were beautiful, I enjoyed getting the picture. However, for the first time ever, there was a delivery snafu. I was told the flowers could probably be delivered 3/2 ( the day of the birthday) . They were received on 3/4. When I called to check, a very helpful gentleman told me they had actually been delivered the late afternoon of 3/3. However, they somehow disappeared until the afternoon of 3/4, when my sister in law was called by the front desk to tell her there was a delivery for her. Both Ashland Addison and the front desk at the Malibu condos on Sheridan Road are very efficient. I have no idea what happened, but the flowers were in good shape when finally delivered.
