I'm a little disappointed in the colors. I liked the one online better. This one looked more purple than pink, and I'm not a fan of the carnation color. I appreciate the speed in which it was done though.

I appreciate getting a photo of the flowers. That's a real plus. We are unable to hear from the recipient, but the photo was a little disappointing based on the photo I compared it to when ordering. The flowers I have received from you have been beautiful which is why I have ordered from you several times.

I really appreciated getting an email with a picture of what I ordered. I also appreciate the delivery confirmation email. Overall the process was easy and very satisfactory. I ordered from out of state not knowing anything about this store. I'm not 100%

Appreciated the process... 800 phone #, confirmation of order, delivery confirmation etc. In hindsight, I should have ordered a dozen roses, but that decision is on me.

They are pretty, but I was hoping the color would be a bit more vibrant, like what is shown on the website. The pinks/oranges seem just a little dull relatively speaking

Beautiful bouquet as always! I haven't had sunflowers so I don't know what's reasonable to expect, but these withered quite fast unfortunately.

Customer service was excellent. Haven't ordered flowers in awhile but was a little shocked at the price. The delivery charge of $20 seemed a little high. Otherwise I was satisfied with the product and especially the friendly and helpful customer service
