Very beautiful plant, was even bigger than was expected and everyone loved the plant but wondered where the flowers were, not even one. Hopefully it will bloom.

The floral arrangement was very nice. However, I emailed and asked when I needed to order by in order to have the flowers delivered on 12/31 and they were not delivered until 1/2 even though I met the deadline for ordering.

Zoey, the rep on the phone was great1 The arrangement was beautiful. However, the blue accent flowers were ordered, some were purple. Also, it was missing the "blue ribbon wrap." These 2 issues are the reasons for 4 stars vs. 5 stars.
