Flowers were pretty but the card wasn't with it, which was a bummer for an event such as this thats why I rated only 4 stars. But overall lovely flowers and on time service!

The plant is beautiful and was delivered quickly but didn't have our card! I feel like that was really upsetting for our bereaved friend to deal with. So great product but service needs work.

I was hoping for more colors to be included in the arrangement. I like the yellow and purple but some orange or red would have been a nice addition.

The website, delivery and actual flowers were wonderful. I am extremely disappointed the vase (Ombre pictured in the Ocean Sparkle) was not used in my order. It's the one/biggest reason I chose this arrangement. I do realize the vase isn't always available - per your disclaimer on the site. I just really wanted this person to have that specific vase.
