This is the first time I actually got to see the flowers, and hear from family members how pleased they were with the arrangement. The presentation reflects the beauty shown in the photo. I've been using Ashland/Addison Florist for years because of the quality and the customer services. Five Star Company!

Unfortunately much to our surprise, this arrangement was not up to your usual standards. The top flowers were not down far enough and were not getting any water. The top flowers were dead/wilted before mass started Saturday evening. Again, this was a surprise to us, because all our other orders that we have had from you over the years have been great.
