Thanks again for the roses! She loved them and they looked fabulous. I was still more pleased with the delivery: it's always nice when things are taken care of exactly as you planned and asked for. Not apt at all what I requested. Two baskets of yellow and white plants. This looks nothing like plants. This is an arrangement of yellow and white cut flowers - not 2 baskets of plants.

The Funeral display Ashland Addison Florists designed and delivered was just gorgeous! Excellent service and design are the hallmarks of this florist!

The flowers were a gift and the recipient said they were beautiful. I do like receiving the photo of what I order. Even though I select a certain arrangement, I'm not sure that it will be exactly like the picture.

Gorgeous flowers! WONDERFUL customer service. Kind, talented humans work here and call you back and communicate with you about delivery status and the flower design. They CARE, and it was a pleasure! They're ETHICAL. My sister couldn't receive delivery on her flowers so she had to pick them up. This AM I saw a credit on my card for the delivery charge. I didn't have to ask, they just did the right thing.
