The bouquet was even prettier in person. I appreciate receiving a photo before it was sent out. After I received the photo, I wish there had been an option for me to ask for changes using this feedback channel before it was sent out. (I would have requested to substitute more white and less yellow/magenta.

It was easy to order and the arrangement is beautiful. The staff was helpful and accessible. Being out of state not able to pick the item for myself was hard. The icing on the cake was getting a texted photo and delivery confirmation. Your business made a difficult time worry free. Thank you
