The lady who assisted me over the phone was incredibly helpful and polite, making sure my designer's choice arrangement included my special requests. When my wife received the flowers for our first wedding anniversary, she was amazed by the size and beauty of the arrangement—it truly exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous flowers. Incredible customer service from this Chicago company. They actually answer the phones if you call & order flowers from them. Of course you can order online, but the personnel who take orders really listen to any special customization you need for your order.
