Yes, the floral arrangement is very nice and I appreciate the photo. A QUESTION: WHEN I ORDER BY PHONE, I USUALLY RECEIVE AN INVOICE THAT IS EMAILED TO ME WITH DETAILS INCLUDING CHARGES/COSTS. This arrangement was ordered online (for the first time) but I did not receive an invoice. Why not?
