Item was almost delivered too early. Typically that's not a problem but since the delivery was to a business location I was worried no one would be there. The deliverer kept excellent communication and made sure the item was handed over safely to an employee. The flowers were beautiful and for a short notice order, I couldn't have been happier. The recipient loved the flowers and. I appreciated all the efforts made by Ashland Addison staff to make sure she had a special day.

I did not like my flowers! My 95 year old Aunt did not like them either. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture. These flowers cost 100.00. Don't think I will order again.

Very unusual and contemporary, which I liked even though it was unexpected which I had not requested. (I have over the years asked for a "contemporary" arrangement. from various florists.) Loved receiving the photo. Want to make sure we share the same vocabulary for future orders. I may, for ex., request something more lush and full. I also had not expected so much green.
