The arrangement was lovely and delivered as promised. The person taking my order by phone was eventually nice. At first, upon answering, I felt a bit of a negative vibe. I had to call back with a correction on the message card and had the same experience with a different representative? I also think a person managing customers should answer the call providing their name upon answering.

Have been buying flowers for almost 50 years. I was very disappointed in this arrangement. I specifically said it should be 3 feet wide & feet high.I don't consider 3 branches to make 3 feet.I also said no Flowers that can drop off. I have always had Roses and many different flowers which this was not. Do you have pictures from many years before? You can call me to discuss this. 773-251-1580 We need to discuss this so I won't be upset next year.
