The arrangement was unfortunately taken( stolen) by someone where the delivery driver left. I called Ashland Addison and they were helpful and sent a replacement. The recipient got it this time and was delighted! She sent me a picture ant it is beautiful! Thank you!

Living in another state that where this florist is located I was taking a stab in the dark when I ordered flowers from Ashland Addison Florists in Chicago to send to a relative in rehab. (I'm leary of such orders because I have had some out of town florists rip me off in the past, off believing I would never see what they sent for the $ spent and then getting disappointing arrangements sent that did not equal the funds expended.) But not only did Ashland Addison personnel respond immediately and communicate well with me (even adding an extra name to our card after the fact), but they also sent me a photo of the bouquet they made, which no other florist has ever done for me. While the bouquet made didn't exactly mirror the image selected, it was equal to the one selected and very beautiful and met my expectations precisely. The recipient of the bouquet also sent a photo verifying what they received and that matched exactly the photo sent from Ashland. This added great satisfaction to the purchase & selection made. Bottom line: Don't hesitate to trust this florist. You'll get excellent service, communication and verification (rarity) for what you order. Lots of bang for the buck.
