I have not received this

It does not look at all like what I ordered from the website for my mom's birthday. I'd love to be able to show a side by side comparison.

It was not at all what I had ordered. It should have been much larger and included more roses and more stems in general.

Thanks for delivering the flowers although they were supposed to be delivered on Thursday what happened ?

Sweet Easter arrangement; I like it and put it on display. Two roses/- one was fully dropped the beginning of day 2. The other one drooping. Some little fern sprigs weren't in water and were dried up. Tulips were fresh and young and still good on the second full day.

I'm not sure why I have received 2 demands to rate flowers I never received. Baltimore Flowers claims 1-800 Flowers cancelled this order before it was supposed to be sent out with no explanation. My daughter, who tried to order these for my birthday, is currently disputing the charge. I do not recommend wither 1-800 Flowers or Baltimore Flowers as the first will rip you off and the second will keep pestering you over goods never received. Don't waste your money.

Such a wonderful surprise to receive the flowers. I loved the arrangement. After nearly a week, they still look as fresh as the day they arrived.
