The flowers were a corporate gift from my company to clients. The sender greeting was not from my company and had a stranger's name. The flowers did not match the description or picture in the Harry and David catalog and were a very poor substitute and finally there was no answer when we called in attempt to fix the order.

I am not a flowers person. I never felt like I need to “waste money” on things that have such a short turn over. Holy smokes- we received these as a gift for my daughter. And they have completely changed my thought of flowers. They had no wilting right off the bat, the arrangement was perfect, and they are STUNNING. Here we are almost two weeks later and still just as gorgeous. Blown away

Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience. The team member had to call me to see if I could come to the gate as we live on base. He said it would work better for him because he had a lot of runs. With this being a birthday gift, and this being his job, I do not believe I should have to make accommodations as this is a part of his job. He texts and calls me multiple times impatiently after I told him I was on the way (it took me 7 minutes). He handed me the arrangement and the arrangement is loose, there's no box or wrapping over it. It was on a flimsy cakestand and the green stuff was shedding everywhere in my car. I believe the team member could have taken the time to deliver the gift properly and not in his convenience and the green base of the florals were loose, making a mess in my car- it could've been in a nice box or wrapping.

I gave my phone number for this order. But my friend Mary, called me to let me know she received the flowers she said they were beautiful. Thank you for your quick delivery

I've received many flowers over the years. These were by far the brightest, freshest and loveliest bouquet I have ever received. If u had my ph no then why not text to let me know u r delivering so I could be there to receive them. Other than that…perfection in every way! Made my birthday very special.

The flowers are beautiful. Unfortunately they were delivered in an unprotected vase in the middle of a large porch on a blustery day. The wind blew them over and a few flowers were crushed and the water spilled out. Luckily the vase didn't break. Perhaps it would have been wiser to put them in a box or place closer to the house out of the wind.
