The roses were a beautiful color. I am disappointed with the arrangement. I understand it was Valentines day and you were probably overwhelmed with orders. However, the shortest stems were in the middle and the baby's breath placed outside of the roses clouded the overall effect. These flowers did not seem arranged as much as shoved into the vase.

The arrangement was nice, however not at all what we ordered which was disappointing. I understand that sometimes certain flowers are out of stock or unavailable, but would have wished this was done a little bit better with better matching colors from the image we selected.

The first arrangement of flowers received Valentine's Day appeared to be put together quickly and rushed without giving much thought to the arrangement. I was also told by my son the flowers in the arrangement were not what he order. The replacement flowers delivered the next day, 2/15, were an improvement;, you should know the flower were a improvement but some of the flowers were wilted and appeared to be over exposed to the cold. 😔
