Fresh flowers and nicely put together for a small bouquet

To be honest I was disappointed in the flower arrangements. The first bouquet didn't include roses and a second arrangement was sent later to include the roses. However, the flowers seem to be old and have already started to wilt. Fresh water is provided daily.

My flowers were absolutely beautiful and still going strong a week later!

⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Product and Even Worse Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ruth's Roses. The flowers delivered were nothing like what was expected. Long-stem roses were ordered, yet what arrived were short-stem roses in a vase that looked dirty and completely inappropriate for what was supposed to be a special gift. What has made the experience even worse is the way the complaint has been handled. After raising our concerns and providing a photograph, Ruth's Roses simply stated that the arrangement was “filled to value” under their substitution policy. They eventually offered a measly $25 refund, which did not come close to making up for the poor quality of the arrangement or the disappointment caused. I responded to their offer explaining why I did not consider this an adequate resolution, and I have not even received the courtesy of a response. Mistakes and substitutions can happen, but good customer service is about how a company handles things when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Ruth's Roses has made an already disappointing delivery considerably worse through their lack of communication and unwillingness to properly address the complaint. Based on both the quality of what was delivered and the way we have been treated afterward, I would not recommend Ruth's Roses and would not order from them again.

I loved them

The flowers were incredible! It was my 28th wedding anniversary and my wife loves roses. My wife loved the arrangement and was thoroughly blown away. I want to personally thank the entire team at Baltimore Flower Delivery. My new go-to florists!
