Unfortunately the flowers were dead within 15 minutes of bringing them into the house. Maybe next time, during this type of cold, call when you are at the house and let the person come to the door to hand deliver them.

Hello, While the flowers were lovely they did not match what I picked out at all. I specially picked the order I did so it would match the place I was getting it delivered to. The colors not the flower choices were at all what I picked so I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied.

The flowers were lovely- the delivery guy was excellent. He made sure the flowers were not left out in these extremely cold temperatures! He's a keeper!!

Flowers look great but because of school closures I changed delivery date to 02/02 /26. It was confirmed online that it was handled. Not!

The flowers that we received were spectacular. It was a bountiful arrangement - with buds that actually opened instead of just dying prematurely on their stems. A fabulous and long-lasting bouquet!

Hello, I am very disappointed with my recent order. The flowers I ordered are completely different from what I received. The arrangement delivered does not match the photo or description shown when I placed the order. How can I send you the one I ordered so You can compare. Very disappointed.

My flowers were left on my doorstep, not wrapped or in a box. Also two of the flowers were broken. My mother is a florist, and she would have never left or made flowers like this for someone. I thank you all need better delivery drivers, and better customer service. I will be telling my sister not to use your florist again!

I am extremely disappointed with this service. Despite receiving a notification from Teleflora that the flowers had been delivered, they didn't actually arrive until three hours later—after 10:00 PM. Instead of ringing the doorbell at the front door, the driver left them at my detached garage in the cold. I found them 20 minutes later. By the next morning, the flowers were already half-dead. The combination of poor communication, late delivery, and low quality is unacceptable.
