Some of the flowers were wilted.

Flowers do not resemble the picture of the flowers on the website I ordered from. Looks like a hole of missing flowers in the picture of the flowers delivered and not many flowers. I ordered them as a special birthday surprise and was disappointed, especially being that I ordered the extra large which shows many blooms and this has very few blooms..

Hello the flower arrangement was lovely however I noticed on multiple green leaves there were a lot of raised small dots. I'm not sure what they are but it's alot more than 50. Are they bugs or larvae it's a freaky looking. I'm nervous since it's in my home

Well to be totally honest I should have not been able to call you guys back due to the first flowers that was sent out was dead… and what I mean by that is that whom ever made the 1st floral arrangements knew better! They knew it was supposed to be fresh cut flowers , not something that they knew were supposed to be tossed out! They were dry, limp, and falling down, the roses were dry as well and wilted! I was very very very disappointed! Due to these were given to me for a list of a loved one….now after I contacted the number the new floral arrangements came the next day fresh like they should've been previously But I personally would not recommend your company for fresh flowers due to these lack of inconsideration from the first (1st) floral arrangements Thanks but no thanks

These flowers are still great and getting better 6 days later. And the vase is super cool and a keeper!!!

The flowers were very beautiful. They really made my day.

The arrangement was pretty. I live across from my neighbor who was not at home for the delivery. It was not in any type of box. It was left out in the open of her porch. It was windy so the flowers were not inside of the pot. If I were not home, the wind would have blown it away. I was able to place it in her door until she came home. The arrangement was five star but the delivery was two star.
