I ordered this arrangement on 2/12/26, for a funeral TWO DAYS LATER. THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED!! The family did not even know about it for several days. Bice finally realized they had made a mistake and delivered the flowers to a family member on 2/25, ELEVEN DAYS LATE!!!! This poor service is NOT what I paid $176.42 FOR!! I want a refund!

Nice! The only suggestion I would make is add a little color to middle of arrangement. Doesn't seem quite as bright as the pictured one, and may just be kind of unclear in photo. I do appreciate you're making it as close as possible. That doesn't happen very often. Thank you!
