If I could give this entire order and process 10 stars I would. I reached out to Bice's at the recommendation of a funeral home because I wanted to do an arrangement with a personalized ribbon- more personalized than the options you find online. I was also coordinating this arrangement with a group of 16 people so I had to place the order and then follow up by email with a message for the card. The woman on the phone who took the initial order was so helpful with figuring out what would be best regarding the size, colors etc. They were organized and responsive the entire time. I also couldn't believe I received a photo of the arrangement the Friday before. It was so touching to see it before the services and it was by far the most beautiful looking arrangement there. I'll be using them anytime I can and cannot recommend them enough!

The arrangement was playful, colorful, and perfect for our precious 5 yr old friend that had surgery. Simply gorgeous!!

The photo hopefully doesn't do it justice ( can't see the darker blue so looks bare in picture) otherwise not real happy looks like it needs another hydrangea or something. The small arrangement of flowers looks like the bottom flowers are all bunched up. ( I think it will look better in person) 😏
