These were pretty, but nothing like what I ordered and paid for, so that was disappointing, especially since they went to a family member's service. The vase wasn't right and the arrangement was sparse compared to my order. If you can't make it similar to what the customer ordered, I would think a phone call should have been made. And obviously a price adjustment.

This arrangement was beautiful. It certainly brightened the recipients day. If I needed to order flowers in that area again, I would definitely call Bice's.
