For the price, not thrilled to see so many carnations in it :(

These were pretty, but nothing like what I ordered and paid for, so that was disappointing, especially since they went to a family member's service. The vase wasn't right and the arrangement was sparse compared to my order. If you can't make it similar to what the customer ordered, I would think a phone call should have been made. And obviously a price adjustment.

I had hoped for more red carnations, or more carnations instead of other flowers. Also, There was some confusion about where to send the flowers. Thank you very much for sending the photo.

This was far less stems than pictured and I don't see any of one of the yellow varieties pictured. It looks as though chrysanthemums replaced it entirely. A bit disappointed this time and I am a repeat several times customer for my daughter there.

Will this have a bow as the one pictured on your website? This looks very plain to me.

Nice plant but really disappointed that I no longer have a "House" account since I have only been a customer for over 40 years.

I am giving you guys a second chance, after the last time I called and the person who answered was rude and refused my order. Today was nicer, picture is a nice treat.

The arrangement was gorgeous! It was the only arrangement for the service, so it made a serene statement, and greatly appreciated.

Feel like for 70$ there aren't lot of roses compared to green leaves. Picture on website showed more

I thought the orchid was going to be purple and white, but the one pictured looks to be all white. It doesn't have many open flowers but will probably be pretty when the buds open.

These are beautiful! I love the overall style. Could I have the hot pink gerber daisies switched for something similar with an accent shade? I will also bring butterflies in the morning to change out. I want pink/yellow and neutral colors rather than adding other colors (orange, teal ect.). Thank you for allowing me to be particular for my baby girl!

Doesn't seem to be a lot of flowers in that arrangement. Doesn't look like a value for the $ spent on it. But hey Thanks for the picture I guess.

Disappointed that bouquet did not have white roses included as shown on website? Also was bouquet prepped by another shop? Doesn't look like what I picked!?

I like the flowers but they were not delivered the day I requested them.

Looks ok, was not expecting so many cheap carnations and filler flowers. I also do not see the dedication card included ?
