I am sorry to say that this looks nothing like what I ordered , I look at the pictures of arrangements you have to order from and then I pick the one I would love my wife to have , I always go with bices because you usually deliver really close to what I have selected in the past but this one really fell short . I am not happy at all .

I paid 250 dollars for a dozen green roses and a dozen white. If this is what was sent , this is a less than desirable arrangement of flowers and I am sorely disappointed. If you couldn't provide what was asked Bethany should have stated so.

I have used Bice's for a several years to send my Mother flowers for different occasions - this was the first year I've seen a picture of the arrangement, which I didn't love because I saw a lot of extra greens and carnations which I consider as fillers and honestly it just wasnt' as pretty and vibrant as the picture on the website - and I do understand substitutions have to be made during busy holidays. I asked my mother for an honest assessment of the flowers, she said they were fine but seemed limp already - they were delivered Friday before Easter - I ordered them at least a week in advance. I called Bices for the first time ever to express my disappointment, I had few conversations with employees who were friendly and understanding, and then the manager got on, and after saying TWICE that i bought the cheapest arrangement possible (so basically only those who buy expensive arrangements should expect beautiful flowers!!…that's what I'm getting out of that comment), they would replace (very generous) the flowers if my mother would put them outside on her porch. Unfortunately my mother is 88 and not always able to be reasonable or rationale, she didn't want to pick them up and put them outside and didn't want new flowers. That is their policy - and quite honestly that makes sense. But, exceptions can be made, in every company. But I don't need my money back. I just want the manager to realize her comment was inherently rude and not very smart -YOUR FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS SHOULD BE BEAUTIFUL WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST OR THE MOST EXPENSE.

Disappointed with the size and wilted flowers of the arrangement. For the price I paid I would expect a better outcome.

If I could post a picture of the $111 arrangement I choose online and the actual arrangement deliver, you would be shocked. Very frustrating, and I feel bad for my loved one who received the flowers. For sure they think I sent a chip bouquet. Bummer.

I ordered this arrangement on 2/12/26, for a funeral TWO DAYS LATER. THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED!! The family did not even know about it for several days. Bice finally realized they had made a mistake and delivered the flowers to a family member on 2/25, ELEVEN DAYS LATE!!!! This poor service is NOT what I paid $176.42 FOR!! I want a refund!

The photo online had flowers, this plant does not have any flowers. For $155 I was hoping this would look like the photo online.

I'm sad to say that I'm NOT happy with this arrangement. It has pink roses in it and this order was for a man. I had ordered white, purple and blue flowers.

I ordered the premium, which had 5 roses. This picture doesn't show that. Picture showed very little greenery. What was sent was mainly greenery. Not worth it!

This is not what I wanted! I do not like the dingy green-white roses in this arrangement. I wanted red roses but Lexi explained that your shop ran out of red roses when I talked to her earlier today. Since the white (?) roses you have in stock do not go with the other pure white flowers in this arrangement, I want you to go back to the original design in the first picture you sent to me, REMOVE ONLY THE WHITE ROSES and place the red gerbera daisies where the white roses were. Then please credit my credit card for the difference of using the red gerbera daisies in the place of the white roses. Please call me in the morning when you open up and confirm that you will honor my request. So sorry, but the white roses you placed in this arrangement are not acceptable and destroy the look of the clean white and red arrangement. Thanks. Diana Denton, (832) 434-2828.
