These flowers look nothing like the picture online. For $140 I expected better.

I'll be honest I'm not impressed. Mainly because it's 24 hours prior to delivery. Why wouldn't you wait until the last possible moment to create it so that it's as fresh as possible and lasts longer?

Honestly, for $120.00 +, I think it should have been a bigger arrangement. If I'd paid $75.00 (or less), then that seems more the right price for that small pot of plants.

It's still lack of flowers. It's doesn't match the website. I complained and your said will add more flowers on it, but you still sent it without change.

I am sorry to tell you that I am very disappointed in the arrangement -This is not the arrangement I viewed on UR website- Please compare two arrangements & I belive U will see the problem- I do not want that arrangement sent to my sister!

This is NOT acceptable. I was asked if the picture could be “trimmed”, not if they could cut 90% off. I said, “Yes, there's some room at the bottom of the photo that you can trim if you need to.” Cutting 90% of the photo is NOT trimming it. This was to be displayed at my aunt's memorial but the final product is unacceptable. DO NOT deliver that final product.

I am speechless. How did the crowning glory to this arrangement be left off? Its like a wedding cake w/o the tiny bride&groom. It doesn't have the two arched tall flowers on either side of the cross, as shown on your site. They resemble an alter the way they embrace or lean toward the cross. W/O them the cross disappears. That was my favorite part & why I chose thi arrangement, as mentioned when ordering it this morning. I am shocked, considering my vast experience of perfection since the 80's with Bice's. I specifically asked her for the height of the two conical fluffy flowers that stand on each side of the cross. She wasn't sure, but estimated the arrangement to be about 18" tall X about 13"wide. I am thoroughly saddened. Quite a let down for me after anticipating the reaction of my friend upon seeing this gorgeous display. It's as though the young lady who took my order didn't even hear me describe the important points of the arrangement. This just added stress to my best friend of 70 years losing her son. This needed to be exactly as I requested. Over the years, every review I've left for Bices has been full of praise. I hate being so disappointed by such a long time relationship, since I take my florists relationships personal. In the 80's Bice's was my weekly florist for 5 years. Truly, I do not enjoy this review. I feel like I'm letting down a friend. This took a chunk from my meager budget, 20% of my check but knew it was safe in Bice's care.

Very nice. Early delivery is appreciated. The suite number is 107!!!!!!If glass door is locked please leave by door. Y'all are Second submittal. I checked and Suite number was correct on the order.

I was disappointed with the arrangement. I asked for a simple bouquet. I specifically stated little to no greenery! A bit of baby's breath would have been a better option on the design. All of the fern & palm was WAY overpowering. I want to use a local business but was very sad to see what was sent. For the money I paid I should've went with telefloral. My bad
