Thank you so much for sending this pic! Rather than substituting in the pink roses, I wish you had chosen yellow, or more coral/orange colors. The coral roses and orangish theme are what drew me to the arrangement online. I feel like the pink distracts from that. The pink roses are beautiful in themselves though.

It's pretty but not quite as big, full or as many blooms as the one online. So a little disappointing for the price. But I suppose you can't always control the orders that are sent to you. I do like getting the photo. Thanks. (BTW my son has sent flowers to me from you several times and they're usually very nice. The only problem has been with hydrangeas which sometimes wilt for no apparent reason. I would like any advice about keeping them fresh. Thanks. )

It's a beautiful arrangement, but why was it prepared a full day before delivery making them less fresh for arrival?

I ordered a peace lily. The picture looks like just a green plant. I'm a little disappointed but I'm assuming a substitute had to be made. I've used Bice's many time. They do a good job.

Beatiful! Liked getting a picture before delivery. The floor arrangement did not end up on the floor, but not sure who was responsible for the set up at the funeral home.

The flower arrangement is beautiful. The card however was never corrected after I called back. I fixed it but it was a little disappointing. It would not keep me from ordering from you again.

Very cute. Could you take out the stem of leaves falling over the door and/or move the other ones covering up the window of the camper? Picture in website had more yellow flowers in it. But if you can't add more yellow color no worries it's great.
