I rated this a 4 because I was told that the selection of flowers would be limited and perhaps my instructions were unclear, but I believe my request to use little color other than the orange roses and white flowers was not followed. However, if the lillies bloom, that might tone down the pinks and blue. It is a well-done arrangement—just not to my taste for this occasion.

It's quite nice but it looks a bit unbalanced with the hydrangea in the front - maybe the hydrangea could be at a better height. Thank you. I do think the arrangement looks lovely except for the biggest flower front & center

It is pretty, but I like the picture on your website better. I know you cannot always get the exact vase and flowers. I like that you send a photo to the customer.
