I don't like the red flowers and I wanted pink roses not peach. We discussed shades of pink and white roses. I'm so upset with the colors. Please call me asap. Funeral is Saturday.

Can we have a white ribbon? I don't care for the purple with gold. Also, can we replace a rose with another lilly?

It's not what I asked for but it's nice. Red roses and stargazer lillies are primarily what I wanted and are her favorites. This is not what was expected.

Love the container since that's what I chose. But I don't like the red roses. Picture on website showed a light summery color and that's what I wanted.

In the website site advertisement there are at least 18 red roses. I see only five in this order. Shocking difference!

It looks nice, but the arrangement on your website, I believe, looks much fuller and more cheerful. And the flowers appear fresher. I do prefer the flower choice and freshness in the picture on your website.

Would have liked it better without the jarring lighter flowers. They detracted from the arrangement. I am somewhat embarrassed by it. Would have liked more elegance for the $400 price tag.

It does not look like what I ordered.. The picture had a lot more white and less green filler. This looks like it was done in a rush and not looking at the picture. The cross is not even visible.

This looks too much like a funeral arrangement. I ordered the sapphire sunrise for get well. There should be big yellow lilies in it. Please correct this before delivering it tomorrow and send me a new picture. Thank you.

I don't like it. It is supposed to be the “Pink Tribute”. Too many dark flowers & not nearly as beautiful as the photo on web. Extremely disappointing for $316.00. Where are the light pink & bright pink flowers. Hate the purple blue flowers.

I ordered and paid 109.99 for the premium which has white roses included. This looks like the $84.99 one with no roses.

I wanted the Happy Birthday Sign like the one in the picture I ordered from. My flower arrangement was not want I ordered, I sent the above email right after I seen it wasn't right. Apparently you did read my email O sent. I am not happy that I didn't get what I wanted.

The arrangement looks great, but not what I ordered or expected. This is supposed to be pops of pink with stargazer lilies, pink carnations and pink roses. Im only seeing pink carnations.

The picture we ordered from was tall with color, this is very short. We couldn't find it at the service it was so short. Disappointing!

First of all, there is NO lily or lilies in the “blooming” Peace Lily. Secondly, the spray is very dark around the edges. Flowers are all concentrated on the very middle. The sunflowers are too bunched up in the middle and covered up by the other yellow flowers (daisies?) on top of them. Perhaps spread the yellow flowers and sunflowers out more so they are not in a clump in the center. Maybe add a couple more LIGHT yellow flowers (carnations?) in summary, the spray needs to be lightened up a bit and not all of the flowers concentrated in the very center. Pretty but not like photo on website. This one doesn't have as many flowers, but more fillers and blank spots. This was for my only brother and I was hoping for something a little more special.

I would like to have seen it being a little more striking. With a heart or Valentine theme and color. The vase is very plain and the arrangement is very plain. Very unusual for y'all arrangements related to expense. I'm sure you can add a little and make it better. Even ribbons around the vase and a Valentine heart on a stick. 😉
