Yes it is lovely and thank you for figuring out the delivery to the neighbors, as I didn't know she wouldn't be home and I was at work when you called. I do wish I would have added more roses to the arrangement. Thank you and appreciate you and Bice's Florists.

I have never had such good service from a florist! I made a last minute order to be delivered on Christmas Eve. Bice's Florist called me to explain that they were out of one of the flowers in the arrangement I had chosen, and explained to me the substitute flowers they wanted to use. It was a good choice so I approved the change. The next day they sent me a photo of the arrangement that was ready to deliver, something that I have never experienced before. My relative was very happy with the arrangement, as was I. I highly recommend this business.

I can't thank you enough for the beautiful flowers you delivered to my dad and his wife for Christmas. Dad is 94 years old and uses a cane. The centerpiece was much larger than I thought it would be and he was not able to carry it. His wife is in her 90's and she didn't have the ability to carry it either. The delivery person took it into their house and arranged it on their table. My dad was very appreciative of this as am I. I grew up In Hurst and you were always the florist my mother always used until she passed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued focus on customer service.

I spoke with two ladies on two separate occasions about the same order, and they were both so helpful, patient, and kind. They also provided me a picture of what we ordered. The entire process was polished and professional.
