I was disappointed with the arrangement. I asked for a simple bouquet. I specifically stated little to no greenery! A bit of baby's breath would have been a better option on the design. All of the fern & palm was WAY overpowering. I want to use a local business but was very sad to see what was sent. For the money I paid I should've went with telefloral. My bad

The plant was very nice and I liked that a photo was sent. Sometimes when u send flowers, etc, you don't know what they really look like when they arrive.

I am disappointed with what was sent compared to the sympathy arrangement I had chosen. She said she didn't have the light purple flowers but she could substitute. Then red carnations were added. They didn't go with the flowers. The arrangement doesn't look like a $200.00 I paid.
