Beautiful flowers delivered on time before my mother's birthday dinner. She was surprised and it didn't take long for the flowers to scent the entire room. I always trust Bice's Florist when I want to send loved ones a quality fresh flower arrangement. LI just love their selection and kind and helpful staff.
