This is NOT acceptable. I was asked if the picture could be “trimmed”, not if they could cut 90% off. I said, “Yes, there's some room at the bottom of the photo that you can trim if you need to.” Cutting 90% of the photo is NOT trimming it. This was to be displayed at my aunt's memorial but the final product is unacceptable. DO NOT deliver that final product.

It's lovely. The variety of colors and flowers are beautiful. It's well coordinated and constructed. The container / clay pot is a bit disappointing. I would have preferred a more elegant vase to elevate the overall appearance. Overall it's a beautiful arrangement and the service is first class. I know it will bring joy to the recipient. Thank you very much.
