The original picture was much different and much prettier. I would have chosen another arrangement if I'd known it was going to be mostly white.

PRO: The lady that took our order was extremely nice. She did a good job. PRO: Sent picture of plant sent. CON: plant looked extremely small for what I had paid for it. I was very disappointed in size and quality of arrangement. Didn't look like a $90-$100 dish garden. Looked more like a $30-35 arrangement. Wish you could see arrangement before it is sent.

Beautiful large arrangement. This was for a very important and significant event (funeral). Ordered just over 24 hours before needed. Outstanding service when I called, helped with every aspect (selection, arranging for delivery to chapel for service and graveside), and easing a difficult task. Highly recommended.

The quality of my flower delivery was not great compared to my previous years experience, the arrangement was just mediocre. However my main complaint was with Customer Service. I've used Bices for three years now to send flowers to my grandmother who lives six hours away, so I rely on customer service as I can't bring these to her. The lady I spoke with at was very short, rude, had no answers for me. On to the next florist because clearly they don't care for my business.
