I was delighted with my order! I especially appreciated receiving a photo of the actual arrangement that was being delivered so I could see that it was what I had requested. Many times I've ordered arrangements from other florists and the actual arrangement that was delivered didn't remotely resemble what I had selected. The online ordering process was straightforward and seamless; Bice's kept me informed of the progress of my order each step of the way, so I wasn't kept wondering about its status.

The arrangement was very pretty, but the roses were to be red and they were more pinkish. Also, it appeared the purple flowers were used as filler rather than pops of color. But it was pretty…just not what your pic showed of colors.

I was disappointed. I chose fairly expensive flowers, but the dark green foliage seem to overpower everything. I would have preferred the base to be clear.
