Bice's customer service was great. They called me first thing the next day after I ordered to clarify delivery. The flowers arrived on time. They were beautiful but the arrangement seemed a little small for the price.

After sending this picture to me, I called back and said I was not happy with my order. I told them it was ugly. It didn't have any color, not even a bow. It did not reflect the &150.00 plus tax and delivery that I spent on it. I would have been embarrassed for this to have my name on it. She said it was best that she just give me a refund. I was willing to work with her on something different but I was not offered that, only a refund. I ordered from My Blooming flower shop and they did an excellent job. Was very happy with my order.

Very impressive. My wife is enjoying them. However, It seems The vase size is really larger than she would like. She likes to reuse them. I say that concern is secondary at best. Keep up the good work! I do not getting the photo.
