The flower arrangement is beautiful. The card however was never corrected after I called back. I fixed it but it was a little disappointing. It would not keep me from ordering from you again.

I live in Rhode Island and sent a birthday arrangement to my daughter in law in Bedford TX. The contact system BICE has is fantastic … both BICE and my daughter in law sent me a pic of my arrangement & they were the same … it eased my mind from a long distance by confirming I didn't pay for a catalog flower delivery
