The experience of ordering and the end result were more than I expected. I called in from NE Oklahoma and the lady I talked to was so kind and professional, I couldn't have asked for better service. They sent a photo of the finished arrangement and it was beautiful!

Wish the stargazers were open, needs more babies breath. Don't like bows on balloon Sorry, not what I excepted for the huge amount I am paying.

I had hoped for more red carnations, or more carnations instead of other flowers. Also, There was some confusion about where to send the flowers. Thank you very much for sending the photo.

There is a lot to choose from at many pricing levels. I like that! The delivery cost was acceptable. The flower arrangements were sent to me by photo. It is nice to know what is being received when you order over the phone and you are not familiar with the florist. Bice's is on top of their game! They did a great job.
