The flowers were pretty .. I was a little bit disappointed in the pot.. it was supposed to be in a cute green frog but was told you didn't have that .. I just thought it would have been a cuter pot for the 78.00 I spent ..

Wonderful customer service sending a picture prior to delivery. I called and asked them to adjust the order slightly, which they did and sent a new photo that I was extremely pleased with!

I ordered from out of town and had never used Bice's Florist or another florist in the Bedford area before. Their customer service was amazing, and the cut flower arrangement is beautiful. I ordered late yesterday and was told that it would be delivered Saturday to my friend who is celebrating her 99th birthday but that it might be early afternoon. I understood that. The delivery was made before 9:00AM! My friend sent me a photo, and she is thrilled with the flowers and balloon. Thank you, Bice's Florist!

Living out of Texas, I always use Bice's Florist for my floral arrangement needs. Not being familiar with the area, I really lucked out choosing them the first time a few years ago. They are friendly, helpful and professional, and the arrangements are absolutely exquisite. Bice's always sends a picture of the arrangement ordered. I am never disappointed. Thank you again for making my daughter (and her mother) ecstatic.
