I wish Bice's Florust was in Chicago. My order was for an out of state delivery and it's the first time a florist sent me the finished arrangement before it was delivered. How many times in the past I have wondered what my order looked like!! The person who took my order was so helpful and the final arrangement is beautiful! I would highly recommend Bices's Florist. Five stars!!!
