Very disappointed with this arrangement! It looks like something I could have picked up at the grocery store and stuffed in a vase! It does not look anything like I expected it would!

I spent $200 on this arrangement and asked for something that was going to dit in the Center of the table- and spread out for dinner placement. I'm disappointed by the picture.

I got this email from you at 7:01 this morning asking me how I liked my flowers. Only after calling Mary at 4:30 I finally got the flowers at 5:00. Been ordering flowers for a long time from you guys and worst service I have ever had. Not sure what caused

Not what I was expecting. Ordered Joyful Memory but with all white floral. See very little white, all I see is the thick tall green sticking out of the middle.

The arrangement "fullness" in this photo looks nothing like the photo shown on your site. I purchased the Premium arrangement so disappointed in what was sent.

Not in love with this for $80- it looks like carnations, alstroemerias and some look like they are dying already. Cool concept but definitely was hoping for something more for the price.

I'm disappointed with the delivery time. I ordered the flowers on Thursday, August 13, 2020 around 3pm , thinking they wwould arrived this morning. Well I called the store around 11:45am this morning and I was told the flowers was still @ the store waitin

Are those carnations? I ordered 2 arrangements. One did not show to the church like I ordered- delivered to my mother in laws house- was smaller than I expected and we paid almost 200$- this one is larger paid less but- you used carnations. I don't think

I've been ordering from you all for years. This is the most boring and bland bouquet I've ever seen. This honestly looks like something I could have put together myself with some flowers from the grocery store. Very disappointed.
