Looks lame

I wish the arrangement looked that nice. Very disappointing for what was paid. Never again.

Did not receive the flowers - had to re-order. Had to call and ask if she ever received the flowers. Spent some time making calls trying to find the flowers; we do not live in Houston. Very frustrating and a time waster on a Saturday. Very disappointed.

OMG the colors is this Arrangement are so vibrant and exciting to look at. This is for a birthday gift for one of my dearest and sweetest sisters. Lovely

We definitely appreciate seeing a photo prior to sending out an order. This Order was cancelled. The boss did not like that the ivy which was added to the plant/tree is not lively at all. The order was going to a high profile recipient. I requested a refund confirmation. The only receipt received by email, multiple times, was the original receipt.

Not what I expected at all...I regret not getting a traditional arrangement.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! What I liked and paid for was the "classic European basket" (see website). This is pitiful -- not even close to the picture that I paid $102 for! I will not be buying from Breen's again.

That would have been perfect if it had been delivered. Very disappointed and I would like a refund.

Did not look good. Big hole in top. Ours was not that full.

Flowers for anniversary not delivered on time. When delivered the next day, looked like they were left in the truck overnight. Was promised credit for delivery charge by owner since flowers were late - never heard a word. Called back and was promised a response - once again - never heard a word. Breen's used to be the best, but not sure we will use them any longer. Very disappointed with false promises for credit and lack of response to my calls. Have notified my credit card company to void the payment.

This is not the bouquet ordered. The white flowers on the left and the lilies are missing. I am disappointed to say the least. Thanks for the photo and disappointment:

The flowers look wilted. Rose is losing petals.

The flowers were disappointing for $180. Very small and cheap looking. I am sorry to say I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible. All tulips are opened and will likely be dead tomorrow. I would like this corrected.

Honestly for $285 I'm a little disappointed. It doesn't look balanced, the colors are too monotone. I don't see the gold trim that was discussed. It looks plain jane for my parents 50th wedding anniversary.

The flowers look awful. No tuilps. They are not fresh flowers.

for 150? this is not a full bouquet

They were pretty but not worth what I paid for them. Almost $100 for a bouquet that I could have bought at Randal's for $20, you guys basically cheated me.

I was hoping for bright colors. I'm sorry, but I don't like this. It would be more appropriate for a funeral, not a celebration.

This does not look like the bouquet I ordered. This is not the quality of what's shown online.
