Looks Great!

I was told to refrigerate my arrangement so I did and I checked on it later and flowers were wilting. I took it out of the refrigerator and it barely made it through my shower the next day. I feel like I should get a partial refund for lack of proper communication and a crappy arrangement. I spent $75 on your arrangement. I went to HEB and got enough flowers for 5 arrangements for $36. Those flowers still look great. I will not be using breens again.

It is beautiful, but a bit in the dark side for me. Hey it's fall Right.

I even made a phone call after ordering online to state I liked what I saw online and that the recipients Favorite color was orange and to insert lots of oranges and yellow. That's not what I see here.

This was not the flower arrangement that I ordered. I was quite distressed about the wrong flowers being sent. The thing that makes this situation worse is that after receiving one of three texts showing 2 incorrect orders and 1 correct order, I made time out of my day to go to the florist to double check that my order would be correct. They pulled up my order number, showed me the correct arrangement, and I went on my way relieved. That order is not what showed up at the funeral. So, did they lie to me on purpose, or just incompetent?

The flowers were old and dying. Appears cheap and not made by a florist. Will never order from this company again!!

As you can see the plant is disgusting! Unbelievable that any Florist would send out anything that looked like this. Did not send the photo until morning of service (ordered plant 2 days prior); did not check my email that day as busy preparing for service. Totally embarrassed having this sent to my Son's Godfather's service. Not to mention what we paid. Only solution offered when I complained after was for us to drive 30 miles to their home; retrieve plant and return it ourselves and select another plant. They do not service their area where Godmother lives. Or just a discount/refund (partial). Not my job to retrieve something that looks as though it were drug behind a car!

I spent a lot of money $100 on an arrangement I trusted would be lush and beautiful. I could have chosen a similar arrangement for half the price on your site. I order flowers a lot for my company and based on the flowers this is in line with a $60 arrangement. Not sure why there are rust colored flowers in a pastel arrangement. Disappointed since this is coming from a high level executive to another.

Usually 5s, but I couldn't give this arrangement anything past 1. I normally do not rate something when I am not happy. But, I am continuing to be asked. Great group. Nice and will most likely order from them again. So, this 1 star is my opinion about the flower arrangement only

I was disappointed in the floral stand as it was all purple on one side and all yellow on the other with pink in the middle. Mixture of color of look better. It was a little small for the price.

No I didn't like. I like Flowers not plants. More color would've been great

This is the first I saw of the arrangement. I did not get A confirmation nor did I get a conferment of delivery. This is the second time this have happen.

This is not what I expected for $125. I'm very disappointed & will not be using your services in the future!

I love the same day delivery & photo thank you! I chose a succulent arrangement though and this looks floral with some greenery. $100 is a lot to pay for this. This actually looks nothing like the item I chose (desert moonlight). I get some things may need to change but this totally different.

I am disappointed for the amount of money I paid for that it was unsatisfactory.

The flowers showed up extremely wilted and did not look like what I ordered. Will not be coming back this was embarrassing.
