The bouquet was delivered wilted and bedraggled, like it had been riding around in a hot car for 2 days. Very disappointed

Disappointed. Anniversary flowers, my wife received them till the next day The delivery person leave the flower with somebody else my wife she never got a call from the delivery person. For the money I paid, I was expecting better that that

Asked for large floral bouquet and they sent this. So embarrassed. No wonder the widow did not mention any flowers.

What I ordered was Tropical Rainforest, but this, which is what was delivered, looks nothing like the item listed when I ordered it. Not really very happy.

It is very nice that a photo is shared of what the final arrangement looks like. However, the arrangement itself is lacking the floral color and fullness as presented in the arrangement initially shown and selected online. The final product is underwhelming and disappointing, especially since this is a representation of our agency's love and support for our team member's family. It is sad to know that this is the work you take pride in.

The picture on the website of the flower arrangement I ordered/requested has more flowers and they are more lively/full. The arrangement done is nothing like the photo of what I ordered.

I can't believe the poor quality of the flowers and that it is a $250.00 arrangement. It's embarrassing. Nothing spectacular here!

I'm very disappointed with the arrangement. It was for my niece's birthday and she was not pleased. I live in Chicago & the flowers I've ordered here are beautiful. I would definitely not recommend your florist. I'm going to write a review on Google & Facebook.

I'm very disappointed with the birthday flower arrangement I ordered for my niece. The arrangement was not beautiful and contained baby roses the size of her finger. The wrong balloon was attached and the glass vase wasn't delivered inside a cardboard container. It was just left outside in which it could have been easily broken.I would appreciate someone addressing this matter as soon as possible because it is totally unacceptable!
