The flower in the picture looks much better than the arrangement received. The flowers look a little 'old' and not as full as expected.

I saw these flowers in person and was disappointed. For $175, the only special flowers were stargazer lilies and one rose. There were plenty of mums, carnations and alstroemeria. The arrangement looked like you got a couple of bundles of inexpensive flowers at a grocery store and dropped them haphazardly in a vase. My daughter was happy to receive them but I must say I was not impressed.

It is pretty, but I ordered the red cardinal container. The container was the deciding factor. I would not have ordered this.

Why would you put purple flowers in a traditional Christmas arrangement? I think this is an attempt to be creative, but it is ugly.

Disappointed…. Hardly any buds and presentation not very festive

We saw this in person and we were really shocked by how small it was for $140. I hate to complain, but we were very underwhelmed.

Nice looking plant, however, I was told it would be a peace lily that was in bloom. I do like the fact I got a picture. I think that is a very nice touch, but I'm disappointed it wasn't what I ordered.

Hmmm. Not great. The form is not good. Is that a mason Jar? This was sent as a corporate get well arrangement from the company I work for to a beloved employee with breast cancer. We are looking for a new florist as the one we used for years closed. I am also a CFD. I am disappointed in the quality of this arrangement. I could have done that with flowers from Sam's for a LOT less $.

For the amount that I have paid ($130 total with delivery), this bouquet does not look large at all via the photo. I am disappointed as I was expecting a larger arrangement to be sent.

A little disappointing for a $100.00 bouquet. The roses are already fully opened and some of it looks dead.

After sending a photo I spoke to Jay and learned he had no purple so I suggested a combo of coral, pinks, yellows. Specifically said I was not fond of jewel tones or carnations. This imbalanced arrangement came as a surprise.

I was really surprised and disappointed for the first time with my order. The flowers looked old and were so dry they were almost potpourri.

Please put in clear glass. Less pink.

Thought it would be more vibrant with additional orange blue flowers rather than a majority of white flowers in a white cup type vase.

You know, I am very particular. I know that the pictures are designed to get you to buy, but I am very particular. The picture was beautiful in the Ad, but your presentation on the picture you sent me does not represent the type of work that I know that you can do.

I was expecting a tall funeral spray, and while this was very pretty and had patriotic colors it was not what I asked for. I had asked for a tall white spray with a few red and blue carnations for a patriotic touch. It wasn't to be large, but also not a birthday arrangement either. I have had very nice arrangements in the past but this was a disappointment, especially for the funeral of a Navy veteran.

Not same vase. Pictured square & unique. Got basic round. Disappointing. Issue with unattractive guard petals.

Perhaps I need to see them in person but it seems a little sparce and not $150 worth of flowers. I will see them after they are delivered and make sure someone is informed.

This does not reflect a $100 arrangement - my family owned a florist in Long Island NY for over 30 years. I know the cost of everything has gone up, but there isn't a single rose or high end flower in here and stargazer lilys are not it. Sadly disappointed

This does not look like the picture. Can you add some color to it? Where is the banner?
