Please use lighter pink roses and add something white to make it more cheerful. More light and springtime flowers. Lighter color scheme. Thank you.

I appreciate getting the photo since one of us may not be able to make each event. This particular plant looks somewhat floppy and like it is leaning over. Maybe it is a bad picture and maybe looks better in person. I will ask the family member what they thought but I personally am not impressed.

The tall greenery looks droopy and like it's dying. I also didn't want yellow in the arrangements. It was supposed to just be blue and white flowers with greenery added

I was shocked that I paid $94 for this pitiful little bouquet of flowers. Probably $10 at Krogers! Have ordered from you for decades but will no longer. Sorry

We are sorry you were unhappy with your flowers. While you did spend less than $70 for the flowers, we used premium product that we stand behind, which is not what is found at grocery stores. We offered to work with you and even though you declined, we are still here if you change your mind.

The flowers in the picture sent to us seem to be dull in color, not at all the bright brilliant colors in the picture on your site. I am disappointed in the floral presentation.

I was disappointed in the plant. It is small and not as vivacious as I would expect from Breen's. I am concerned it will die in the next few days.

No, sorry. I don't fancy this at all. I don't see any "artistry". Centering the bouquet around a pine cone is odd, and I'm not in favor of the vase or flower combo. Maybe a picture from another angle would have been more becoming?

While the arrangement my sister received was nice, it was not as special as the one I ordered. It was missing greenery and large twisted willow branches. When I called about these issues, I was told they'd correct them. They did not. The arrangement was ok but I paid a lot (plus a tip) for just ok.

We value your feedback. Changes to the arrangement were necessary due to seasonal availability of flowers, as stated in our substitution policy, and other flowers and greenery were used. The customer service representative attempted to make a change, but the driver had already left by the time you called, which would have delayed your delivery. We would have hated to miss a birthday floral delivery.

I wasn't very happy with the arrangement they sent the picture above was not what was sent. I ask for bright flowers not what was sent! This was the first time I used this Florest and probably the last.
