Very boring bouquet. Not a cohesive mix of pastels like I expected. I am disappointed.

We selected $200 arrangement, and honestly expected more out of the Brilliant brights in terms of colors and more flowers. I definitely appreciated the picture of the arrangement, but considering how highly rated you are as a florist, I expected more.

That just looks like an empty bag. I hope you sent me the wrong picture.

These are…. Disappointing. I said “colorful, fun, fiesta” and you heard “two colors max”.

I realize this photo might be a little off color, but the daisies look a little brown!!!! And, I wish more colored roses had been added along with the white. I also asked for some purple to be added and I don't see this. For the price I wish there had been more top quality flowers included.

Thank you for taking our order and sending me a picture. We do not live near and I based my decision on the company's reviews. I wish I felt the same as others. Unfortunately, I have to say I am disappointed in how small the arrangement is. I recently had one made for someone else and it was much more full with flowers, by a different company local to me. I guess I excepted the same results from the good reviews online. It cost over $200 with tax and delivery. It has more greenery than flowers.

Disappointed with the blandness of an expensive request. For $100, I had hoped for a more festive decorative plant.

Paid for upgraded ceramic container. Would appreciate a call letting me know changes rather than an email asking me to send a review. Only getting two stars bc I received a photo giving me the heads up to the change. Not happy about it.

The quality doesn't match the price tag but I do love the fact that you get to see what you send.

Looks $40. Would rather you send a dozen roses. Instead of this arrangement.

Honestly for $100 I expected more than two to three roses and it looks like a small arrangement. That's what I would have expected for about half of that. Not very happy with it honestly.

Thank you for taking care of our need for flowers. The flowers were beautiful but I felt the arrangement rather small for the amount of money spent. In the future I will communicate our needs more precisely.

There's hardly any flowers, I chose the custom bright colors arrangement for $150 :(

For $107 you think I can get a bow or ribbon? It looks so cheap & plain

I appreciate getting the picture of the flowers you actually are delivering to my stepdaughter. But I am very disappointed that the color of the roses look nothing like the original picture of this style and do not coordinate very well with the color palette of this design.

disappointed in this arrangement. small and scattered little carnations with a few other flowers thrown in. what is with all the branches? Flowers should have been substituted. It looked terrible on the altar. very sparse.

The floral arrangement is lovely, however, the pink flowers appear to be wilted on the ends. I'm disappointed with the quality seeing as how the cost was $100.

The plant is beautiful. Can you add a blue ribbon? For the price I thought it would have been larger and if this is the finished product, there is no ribbon or card attached. How tall is this plant? You all didn't have a selection of sizes.

Although very nice, it is overgrown and not fresh as pictured on your site. Disappointed in the look of it.

DELIVERY WAS TIMELY, BUT FLOWERS WAS NOT AS IMPRESSIVE AS ALL THE PAST ORDERS. IT WAS A BIT SPARSE AND DIDN'T HAVE THE "WOW" FACTOR!!!

Disappointed. Wish had been with brighter flowers and more flowers.

I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. Paid $100.00 dollars and it only had 3 flowers in it. Not worth the money I paid. I will never order from this florist again. Very disappointed!!!!!
